The purpose of this research was studying physical, skillful, emotional, and cognitive demands of students. All of participations were 30 students and 30 physical education teachers from high school in Shahrood city. Teachers and students were selected by using accessible and randomize sampling method respectively. The subjects have completed our questionnaire with 0.71-0.97 reliability. Ten preferences for physical, skillful, emotional, and cognitive demands were selected by our participations. To compare the rank of preferences, we have used U-Mann-Whitney test at the level of p≤ 0.05. The results of this study showed that light exercise was the preference for teachers, while strength and speed training were the choice of our students. In terms of skillful demands, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, and Swimming were more important for students; however, Gym and Running were principal from teacher’s view. According to the results of cognitive demands, our teachers have believed that sport behavior and psychology are more important than physical fitness which was student opinions. As our results of emotional demands, happiness was main important reason for our teachers, while participation in champion leagues was principal for our students.
