Abstract
Urinary abnormalities as proteinuria and hematuria happens after exercise .The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of one session long distance and interval exercise on Proteinuria and Hematuria in sedentary girls. The subjects were 45 sedentary girls from Nishabour, with age;15.18±0.387 year, weight: 47.91± 7.25 kg and height 157.4±6.6 cm, who randomly divided in three groups (experimental, continuous, intermittent 50 and 25 m). They ran one mile with the intensity of 86, 65 & 60% ofheart rate reserve. The Urin test was done at 1 and 24 hours after the exercise. The samples analyzed by dipstick test, centrifugation, Solforic Acid. The data were analyzed by ANOVA and t-student test. Proteinuria one hour (p≤0.01) and 24 hour.(p ≤0.001) after the exercise was significant. The significant excretion was in 1 hour after exercise, in intensity 86 percent and 24 h after in intensity 65%. Excreted protein, 1and 24-hour post exercise, in intensity 65%(p ≤ 0.001) and 60% ((p≤0.01) was significantly different .Those worked with intensity 86% was not significant. The excretion of red blood cells in the three groups was not significant. In this study, kidney ́s parameters were normal before the exercise and significantly increased at 24 hour post-exercise was maintained at high level. The highest amount of protein occurred immediately post exercise in highest intensity. But protein excretion was observed in Lower intensities, among 24 hours. Therefore, proteinuria that caused by exercise have probably related with exercise intensity and hematuria do not increase in one session.
